Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #83781
About
Whether you’re new to therapy or have lots of therapeutic experience, my goal is to provide a safe and non-shaming environment for you to heal, grow, and connect. It is an honor to join you in exploring your life and the many factors that have shaped you—relationships, challenges, culture, faith—and to create a path toward greater health.
I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I also have extensive experience working with children and their parents, as my background includes working with children in the foster care system and families involved with the Department of Children and Family Services.
I believe that there is no intervention without a relationship. I strive to create a safe space where we can address barriers, rediscover strengths, and empower you to grow in your interpersonal relationships. Also, as a second-generation immigrant, I understand the important role that culture plays in shaping our perspectives and relationships.
I look forward to working with you to navigate your unique journey toward health and wholeness.
What I Do in My Free Time
Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, houseplants, and cat.
